1. Acceptance
By booking a transfer with Swiss Transfers Service, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Bookings & Quotes
All quotes are valid for 7 days. A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation. Prices include VAT, mileage, and the time agreed at booking.
3. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and TWINT. Payment is due before or at the start of the transfer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Waiting Time
15 minutes of free waiting time are included for standard pickups, and 60 minutes for airport pickups. Additional waiting is billed at our hourly rate.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, including cleaning fees in case of soiling. Smoking is not permitted inside any vehicle.
6. Liability
We are insured under Swiss law. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic, weather, or third parties.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
