Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
  • Between 12 and 24 hours: 50% refund.
  • Less than 12 hours or no-show: no refund.

2. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel your transfer for any reason within our control, you will receive a full refund or, where possible, an equivalent replacement service at no extra cost.

3. Flight Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals. Reasonable delays caused by airlines do not result in cancellation fees. Significantly delayed flights may incur additional waiting charges.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
